Featuring guest speaker Henry Mintzberg and moderator Jikyeong Kang

To thank you for your support and engagement with AACSB, we invite member deans to join us in a special, free presentation and Q+A with Henry Mintzberg, a world-known author, researcher, and academic. Mintzberg has written more than 20 books, has been elected to the Order of Canada, l’Ordre national du Quebec, and to the Royal Society of Canada and has twenty honorary degrees from universities around the world. He is currently a professor at the Desautels Faculty of Management at McGill University.

Engage with Mintzberg in a conversation on rebalancing society as a way forward, followed by an interactive question-and-answer segment. Mintzberg will discuss how a healthy society balances a public sector of respected governments with a private sector of responsible businesses and a plural sector of robust communities. We will begin to ask and answer the question: what can we do, in our communities, businesses, and governments, to effect the social change that is necessary? Consolidating activity between the three sectors through partnerships is necessary for a return to balance, both locally and globally. Perhaps never before have we been more prepared to vote with our feet, ballots, and wallets for constructive social change. But, we need a statement of common cause to point the way forward.

Join peer deans in a one-hour conversation for inspiration and direction. This event is limited to AACSB member deans or heads of higher education business units. The webinar will be recorded and available to all registrants after the conclusion of the presentation.

Thank you for your continued support of AACSB through your membership, engagement at events, volunteerism, and commitment to creating positive societal impact through business education
