Thursday, June 11, 2020
- Friday, June 12, 2020
Join a cohort of peers in two live lessons facilitated by globally recognized Continuous Improvement Review (CIR) experts. Build skills and network in interactive, workshop-style lessons focused on understanding the CIR process, reports, and application, including tables. Learn how to undergo a successful peer review through group interactions, breakout sessions, and spaced learning in a virtual environment. Designed for accredited schools, the Continuous Improvement Review (CIR) Seminar will prepare your administrators for the CIR process from the first year of the cycle to the CIR visit. AACSB recommends that you attend this seminar two years before a scheduled visit. Engage in interactive discussions on the foundation of accreditation and review the 2013 AACSB Accreditation Standards with your peers, giving particular focus to changes in the standards. Explore the CIR philosophy and each component of the CIR report from the lens of your school, to examine how your school’s strategies and outcomes relate to engagement, innovation, and impact. Learn about the expectations of the three key accreditation committees and the peer review team to better understand their purpose and how they fit into your CIR process. Build your peer network while developing the best strategy for your school’s upcoming continuous improvement review.
