VS-2022 May Seminar for New Associate Deans

Congratulations on your new associate or assistant dean position! Are you asking yourself “Now what?” Do you have more questions than answers? Join a cohort of new associate deans in three live lessons of sharing, networking, and learning how to be successful in your role. Build your network in interactive, workshop-style lessons focused on your transition to a high-level administrative role. Create a personal vision and action plan and learn to navigate common administrative challenges through group interactions, breakout sessions, and spaced learning in a virtual environment. Through group discussions, take an in-depth look into the role and responsibilities of the associate dean.
